Fresenius Kabi's core competences in manufacturing are backed up by well trained teams and a range of support systems and practices. Validation know-how is concentrated in a highly experienced team, change control and deviation management are workflow supported, master batch documentation is steered by SAP.
Our team of engineers is responsible for the smooth operation, safety and constant updates of our production facilities. The construction and adaptation of buildings, procurement and adaptation of equipment, as well as maintenance and repair work are some of their numerous tasks to ensure high production standards.
Our Logistics staff manages all aspects of delivery from our warehouse to the customer shelf in order to guarantee top product quality on receipt. Internal material demands are supplied reliably through careful scheduling and the close relationships with our suppliers. Fresenius Kabi's warehouses are maintained under controlled conditions and material flow is optimized by an automated storage system.
Project management is in the experienced hands of our project team who accompany product acquisition and contract manufacturing projects from beginning to end. Project management secures and safeguards the optimal progress of the projects. As with internal communication, we value the open dialogue with our external partners as the key requirement for success.
